FSC

Our facilities are now FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified for traceability and chain of custody. They have been certified by Smartwood, a Rainforest Alliance program accredited by FSC.

Our raw particleboards, medium density boards and melamine are now available as FSC-certified products (upon request). The NU Green^® collections of NAUF particle products are all automatically FSC certified.

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It was created in 1993 by a representative group of organizations from 25 countries. Its mission is to promote the responsible management of forests. Their main concept is the chain of custody that follows the product from forest to consumer.
